How Often Do You Need an Exam?
According to the American Optometric Association, adults aged 18-64 should get an eye exam every 2 years, or whenever they notice vision-related issues. Adults over the age of 65 should receive a comprehensive eye exam every year.
We know that everyone is different, which is why we’ll work with you to find a schedule that works for you. You may need to come in more frequently if you wear contacts, have diabetes, or have a family history of vision issues.
