Lindsey Banks, Au.D., F-A.A.A.
Lindsey W. Banks is a Florida-licensed audiologist with a wide variety of experience in hearing healthcare.
Dr. Banks leads the hearing clinic at Center for Sight and is committed to helping patients achieve the highest quality of life possible by combining improved hearing and vision. In order to provide a more complete medical analysis of sensory loss, Dr. Banks performs comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing loss and tinnitus counseling, speech mapping and hearing aid fittings. She will be seeing patients in our Sarasota and Venice office locations.
Dr. Banks earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree (Au.D.) from the University of Florida in 2010. Prior to her graduate schooling, she received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University, graduating summa cum laude. Dr. Banks is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.
Dr. Banks grew up in Bradenton, Florida and has returned to the sunshine state after gaining diverse experience in the field of Audiology all over the country. She had the privilege of completing her internship training at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Augusta, GA. Dr. Banks has also worked as a clinical audiologist and tinnitus specialist at a large ENT practice, as well as an Account Manager for a global hearing aid manufacturer.
Dr. Banks lives in Bradenton with her husband and two dogs and enjoys taking walks with her family, traveling, reading, and all outdoor activities. Dr. Banks has participated in audiology mission trips in Mexico and South Africa.
