Venice resident Jack Hudson, manager/player for the Center For Sight senior softball team, presents Center For Sight representative and optometric physician Dr. David Mertzlufft with the championship trophy from the United States Senior Softball Association’s World Masters championship trophy. The Venice-based team traveled to Las Vegas in October to win the world title.

Mr. Hudson will also be inducted to the Senior Softball-USA Hall of Fame at the annual SSUSA/International Senior Softball Association Convention in Mesquite, Nev., Nov. 30.
